It is close to where I needed to work. Price was low. Evening attendant was helpful and friendly. Guests that I met in the hall and elevator were friendly. Quiet in the hall after 10:00 pm. The location is convenience for traveling, customer service 24/24 for check in and out. Location. Not maintained well. The bathroom light didn't work in first room they gave me. The next morning there was no hot water at 5:00 am. The morning attendant was unsympathetic, she told me "you have to jiggle the handle" but I think the water heater is too small and everybody else used up the hot water. Both rooms had ash trays on the bedside table even though they were non-smoking rooms. They both stunk from the cigarette smoke.
