Very friendly staff. Loved my room as it stated balcony with partial view but I had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance. I went to dinner and when i came back I had a new air conditioner. The staff was extremely nice and helpful being that we were out of state. The location was great, right across the street from the beach a d located near tons of shops and places to eat.

The staff and the Sandbar location. Location. convenient to beach, restaurants,entertainment. Location to beach. It was close to shopping and dining facilities. On the ocean front. Waterfront cafe,very reasonable for breakfast,and food was good. Staff was very friendly. Just the price!. It was a bit pricey but I understand your paying for location and the luxury if having an updated hotel. Would have liked a more expansive gym with weights rather than just cardio. We were on one of the balconies that had lattice and we couldn't sit and see much. We definitely want a balcony with the plexi-glass next time or an ocean front room. The room was already but very expensive. I don't think I would go back because of the price. The room is really standard for +-600$ for 2 nights. It's not worth that if they would have a better price I would probably go back but not at +-300$ a night. Thanks. Oir king size bed wasnt comfortable. I woke up a few times during the night with my back hurting. No explanation of amenities Nothing included in rate. Would be nice if they included the buffet breakfast in price of room alittle expensive on that most upper class hotels include breakfast. Pool area was too hot for the last 3 days. Wish it had cooler fans or something to make it more comfortable for sitting & watching children in pool. The location of our room , on the outside bar side just over the kitchen fans , and couldn't see anything when we wanted to site on the balcony , the lattice railing blocked the view. All in all , everything was great. I think the price was steep for what we got. It would have been okay during the summer months but not for off season. felt the room was a bit overpriced especially for a midweek stay. High cost for an aged hotel. Parking set-up was aweful.... having to wait to get your car every time you wanted to do something. Also additional costs for everything which should have been included... parking, refridgerator, etc. our room smelled like urine. bed was very uncomfortable,one side was firm, the other side soft and seemed to slant. parking should be free if staying in your hotel. You pay enough for the room to cover that. Could have been cleaner,sliding glass doors were dirty,dusty,no kleenex in the bathroom,hair in the sink,and had an terrible odor. We had to buy an air freshener to cover up the odor. Stayed for 2 nights and had no housekeeping services at all. Went to the pool and was not able to use it because they were pressure washing the deck.
