  It is an older establishment with new owners who are remodeling themselves. They can not do enough for you. Room was very clean, quiet location. we were seniors with our adult children and 2 grand girls. Will stay again. We understand they are doing bigger suites. Only owned the place a short time and they are working very hard to make this place... vad folk säger » a clean comfortable, safe place to stay. - My husband and I stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving weekend as a weekend away without children and we loved the room and the staff. Everyone was very friendly. We stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi tub and it was great. It was really relaxing after a night of snow tubing. We can't wait to stay there again.

  Very comfortable, very clean. Ability to sit outside in front of motel room door. Coffee pot in room. Continental breakfast. - Everyone was nice. Rooms was very clean. It was close to everything . Price was fair.

  Owners were great, friendly, helpful. Staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. Setting, by a loud stream yet in Gatlinburg, off the main drag but easy access to everything!   My mom booked us a room in Gatlinburg for my Birthday, we had a great time and the front desk guy was really hepful. It was a nice and comfortable place to stay and a great location in downtown, easy access to walk to all the local attractions (: The price was a great deal and it was clean and comfy ! It felt like you were stepping back in time, but in a good, nostalgic way. The walk was a little tough in the heat, but definitely a walkable distance to downtown.
