  I chose your hotel because of the fireplace and balcony. We LOVED sitting around the fireplace drinking coffee while admiring the fall colors through balcony glass door. We also loved the pillows which were the best ones we've ever found in a hotel. The staff were very courteous and prompt to replace a weal battery in our smokd alarm. The view of the mountains from the balcony was nice. Would be great when leaves are changing. The continental breakfast was additional savings and was quite nice.

  The staff was incredibly friendly. The view from our room was incredible. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the river below. It was conveniently located to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The breakfast was okay.   Staff was above & beyond! Great value! Was nervous about cleanliness based on prior reviews. However, everything about not only our room, but hotel grounds; was properly maintained & clean. Of course dated, 99% Gatlinburg hotels on/close to the Parkway are. If you know this area, you know to expect that anywhere. Except here, you pay up to... vad folk säger » 50% less. Quiet off the Parkway, yet close enough to comfortably walk to it & back f - I found it to be a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. It's a older motel, the court yard IDE we stayed in is the older section, but it was well kept up and very clean. For my kids ages 9 and 21 the Internet and pools are importtant, they had both! And my 9 year old loved having 3 pools to choose from! On one particular night a families kids above our heads got rowdy. One call to the desk resolved the problem in minutes.   The manager responded to the inoperable in-room movies by providing us with a complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast was amazing! The pool area is very family friendly with two indoor slides. The lobby area is very warm, yet expansive. The views from the balconies are fantastic, especially the higher floors.   The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were what I remember of Gatlinburg- they are old- but so cozy. Love the wood burning fireplace and the balcony over the roaring creek. The biscuits and sausage gravy was a nice surprise. If you want a bigger breakfast just walk across the road. Want some good pizza- geno's is just a block away. For our family it was within walking distance - I loved the balcony over the rushing creek! The option of 2 pools with the larger one great for the family and kids with the slides, waterfall, a smaller baby pool and towels available at the pool. Play ground for the kids was nice. Hot and cold breakfast included was a bonus. Microwave and refrigerator in the room is a plus. Grilling area out by the creek is nice. Would stay there again when we could stay longer as we were only there for one night. AC in the room worked great!
