(Read negative first) However, the night desk manager helped us over to the Embassy Suites we're we were comped the night's stay as well as received free breakfast the next morning for our inconvenience.   I loved having the extra space that the one bedroom suites provide. As I was only there overnight and had a Sunday morning flight I really appreciated its location close to O'Hare. Another terrific benefit was that it was a five minute walk to the Blue Line train station that took me into the city. The proximity to the train station as well as the free airport shuttle allowed me to avoid renting a vehicle. Al - Staff were friendly and obliging. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was great after a long trip. Room service was fast and efficient. They provided a baby cot as requested and it was really comfortable for the little one.
