  The owners and staff of the Castle Marne are very calm, friendly and helpful. My luggage missed the transfer at London Heathrow airport and was delivered later at the hotel. I immediately received a phone call in my room once it arrived. The complementary breakfast is freshly prepared using ingredients from the owner's garden and was absolutely de... vad folk säger » licious. I felt treated like royalty the whole time. Being upgraded to a room with jacuzzi didn't hurt either. Overall a very pleasant experience that - The house was comfortable and offered a sitting area indoors and a lovely patio outside which we could enjoy so we weren't limited to just the bedroom, which is important to me. The bedroom was a little on the small side but since we didn't spend a lot of time there it wasn' t an issue. Breakfast was perfect, personally prepared and delicious. The owner was personable and friendly but not too overbearing.

  Fantastic place, Big rooms, Nice décor, Nice touch with the Open free food and drink reception for a couple of hours and nice easy location close to where you need to be down town - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very modern and stylish. There was a free breakfast and dinner (!) including wine Mon - Thurs.

  We loved the lounge bar with such an incredible view, we had a really good time staying at the Hyatt regency and the stuff were so nice and helpful. Everything is clean and modern. We stayed only one night but we would come back, for sure. - We liked the convenience to downtown area.

  Clean, efficient and friendly. Great complimentary breakfast buffet. You can eat and run or linger over breakfast. It was 7 below at night when I was there, but the room was warm and comfortable.   The room is really clean, and I have a very good sleep there!! Even the location is a little far from downtown, but the bus connection is quite convenient. - Treated really nice and it was eash for us find places easily.
