  I liked the design of the hotel.Most of the staff were very friendly and responsive. We were greeted by two friendly staff members and one Manager during the evening snack and drinks, which was very relaxing after a long day of travel. My family enjoyed the pool area. This was ... vad folk säger » the first time that we have stayed with Hyatt,we usually stay with Hilton or Marriott.I would most definitely use your brand again for business or lei - We got back from our cruise at 8 am and went straight to the hotel the nice man at the desk took our luggage and told us to help ourselves to breakfast. He put us on a waiting list and called us an hour before check in when we were shopping that our room was ready. It was nice. The rooms would be perfect for a week or so stay because of the full kitchen and living room. Decent breakfast. Overall we enjoyed it and would go back!

  front desk staff food facilities near the front check in the design of the hotel weightroom layout of rooms minus the bathroom cleanliness of the hotel - I love the room layout. It was a unique hotel, one of which I have never seen the like of. So I appreciated the extra thought put into the design.

  Sheraton is a Four star hotel but through Booking. Com we got a room for $177 for 2 nights. It's in a great location, safe and minutes away from the airport and Dania beach. We stayed on the 6th floor with a great view of Florida sky. Very comfortable bed and pillows.   I loved your pick up service to and from the airport and to and from the cruise terminal. Organization to do this was excellent! Check in was quick and food in the dining room was good. Having the complimentary breakfast was another plus.   The hotel has nice ambience. Mature landscaping, gorgeous pool area, noncommercial resort like locale. The hotel desk staff are very competent , helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the staff kept it that way each day. I love your location...very close to the airport but not on the airplane paths! - One of your employees, Tim, at the valet counter out front absolutely made our one day stay a complete success. As a stop over before Key West, Tim arranged our transportation to a perfect restaurant he recommended. He also saved the day when our rental car fell through the next morning. He had us fixed up in about 10 minutes and on our way. Tim, you are the best!!!
