Our flight was delayed but there were no issues checking in near midnight. Very clean and perfect for our needs - we took the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel that night and the next morning to the cruise port. We arrived at midnight on 1/18 after a very long flight only to find
we had no reservation in the system even though we had a letsbookhotel.com
confirmation in hand. Jessica F. at the front desk found us a room. She
couldn't have been more gracious and helpful to two very tired
travelers.

The young man that worked at the desk, I think his name was Terrance. He was from Ypsilanti, Michigan. You could not have a better front desk person. Not only did he help with tour info and taxi call but he stepped out and straightened up the lobby. It was clear that he was a part of the organization and proud of where he worked. Bravo! -

The breakfast staff was helpful in getting us out of there quickly as we had a plane to catch early in the am. All in all a good experience and we will probably use this Hilton for next years trip.

Bed was very comfortable. Clean and very budget friendly.

Staff were excellent specially Patrick, Vivian and Gwen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 days pre-cruise and 2 days post cruise. Our connecting flight was delayed on arrival so we phoned from Chicago and spoke to Gwen, she assured us the booking was fine and not to worry about any thing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were just coming off a cruise ship and arrived several hours prior to expected check in yet they had rooms ready and let us into them right away. We also had a late flight the next day and they let us stay in the room for two hours past check out and then held our bags while we had lunch. They arranged the airport shuttle for us right at check in and the shuttle was on time and took us to the airport for $10 per person. The food in the bar and

I loved your pick up service to and from the airport and to and from the cruise terminal. Organization to do this was excellent! Check in was quick and food in the dining room was good. Having the complimentary breakfast was another plus. Selling wine to take on our cruise was a nice surprise! -

Sheraton is a Four star hotel but through Booking. Com we got a room for $177 for 2 nights. It's in a great location, safe and minutes away from the airport and Dania beach. We stayed on the 6th floor with a great view of Florida sky.
