  The price is what caught my attention. It was not even $42/night! My girlfriend and I were on a tight budget, and this was a great compliment to our trip to co. The room was perfect for the both of us. She keeps an 'even keel' with guests, a skill set that isn't easy to come by, based on my experience observing many hotels/motels while working as a job coach with Voc Rehab.

  Wow! We had an incredible stay! The week before we had stayed at the Broadmoor. The customer service at the Academy Hotel was on the same par, and the atmosphere was great. My husband and I work in tourism and customer service, so this is something we are sensitive to. We usualy stay 2/3 times a month at a hotel (motel 6 and quality) the later of the 2 we will never stay again and 6 for the price it was a good 1 but it's hit or miss with things like the air working or haveing a microwave or frid

  Was a verynnice well kept motel. I would go there again. The swimming pool/hot tub was exceptional. Breakfast was nice - The price was reasonable and the amenities were fine.
