  We enjoy visiting Cape May very much! On every visit, we have stayed at the Periwinkle Inn. We will not stay anywhere but the Periwinkle Inn. We appreciate how very clean it is!! The staff is friendly. It is at a great location! We enjoy the outdoors at the Periwinkle - the pool, grass area, balcony, etc. If we were to return to Cape May, we would... vad folk säger » stay at the Periwinkle Inn again. - The rooms were spotless and the kitchen stocked with the essentials. The grounds were impeccably clean and well maintained. The staff were visible and took care in the day to day running of the Inn. I appreciated that towels were available in the room for use at the pool or to put on the lounge chairs outside the room.

  I enjoyed all they had to offer. Upon arrival (1:30pm) our room was not ready (check in was at 4pm but may be ready at 2pm). The receptionist was very friendly and gave us an envelope with two beach passes, and tickets for two lounge chairs. Around 2pm we received a call that our room was ready. We booked this trip for $122 (wi - The hotel rooms were newly renovated, beautiful and very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating, especially since we thought we had double beds in the two rooms we book, but found that we had 1 queen bed in each room which was not going to accommodate 4 ladies. They scrambled to find us what we asked for and gave us 2 rooms which worked great. It was also nice to start our day with that continental breakfast in the morning.

  Loved the way this charming old hotel was decorated and how the rooms were appointed: mine had original paintings of the area that were very well chosen. - This was a very clean hotel with an accommodating staff. The location is great. Also, the restaurant below is outstanding!

  Hotel Macomber was just darling! We booked last minute & didn't really know what to expect. The room was quaint, yet adorable and romantic. We weren't expecting to see the ocean - as we didn't request a room with a view, but you could see the ocean from our bathroom & bedroom. The staff members were really sweet & helpful! In my book that means everything to me. The hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating. It was steps away from the beach.I would recommend staying at the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel has the best food in Cape May. The local wine was good too.

  The pool was great, with a lovely waterfall, and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were very clean.The staff was so nice, attentive and friendly, that I would probably return again.   We loved the lay out of the hotel and the fact that everything was easy to get to. The staff was extremely accomodating to whatever we needed. Beach across the street was a pleasure to walk along as was the very welcoming center of town at the beach a short stroll from the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed was perfect at end of day.
