The owners were impecable and friendly people. Awesome place. Looked brand new and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The rooms were big and they smelled and looked inside like a plush, brand new Airbus 380.
Place was like new. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Right off of the highway. 20 minutes from Hollywood. Was quiet, and felt safe. Very reasonable pricing compared to other, less quality places in the area.alla recensioner »

Room was very clean/tidy. The shower was excellent. It responded instantly with the exact temperature that you dialed in. The location was conveniently located for various tourist activities.

Staff very friendly. Room had been recently updated and the bed linens were very nice. Extra pillows on each bed were a plus.

Clean room, free wifi, there's a computer kiosk in the lobby where you can print tickets you buy online for universal park.

The name of the hotel (Inn) and signage was older needs updating. No expresso machine.
The access to the motel was somewhat difficult and it was hard to see.
No continental breakfast and the coffee in the lobby was awful. Alarm clock was unplugged in room. Room was slightly noisy as the door wasn`t sealed well.
A little hard to get to, no left turn lane into the hotel yard.
Location you can easily miss it. Right off the freeway. Very expensive
for the location and aminities.
If the lobby was more inviting if would really warm guests up and make the stay even better.

No elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage try getting a room on the first floor.
Near nothing awful location , The room stunk. The AC was either freezing cold or too hot no middle ground.I was riding with sales people so was dropped off there nothing was withing walking distance. Lady at counter completely un sympathetic to my situation. I had no rental car so was stuck. Ralphs does make a good veggie wrap that i stored inmy in room fridge.
Very small Inn with very small room and very noisy, outdated ac. Family-
owned so the service is poor. More like a one star motel. Definitely not
worthy of 8.1 review. From now on, I will be careful about these family-
owned Inn/motel.
