My husband and I stayed because our flights were an overnight @ Atlanta Airport. The staff was the friendliest staff we have encountered ever at a hotel. We ate at a restaurant there and the waitress was so nice and knowledgeable! Even the breakfast staff was great! It was also clean, comfortable, and everything was very accommodating!

The staff was great. We only had one slight issue and Ariana (I think that is how you spell her name) was great to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. She even suggested some places for us to visit while we were there. -

The helpfulness of the front desk staff, Sean, and his supervisor, Willy. The entire front desk staff was very helpful and informative. I had specific requests for housekeeping and they went above and beyond. The room was extremely comfortable and much bigger and accommodating than I expected. My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids. - I was very satisfied with the customer service.
