  The staff was extremely professional and curtious. This was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton and I will definately return! Thank you to the entire staff!!! - The hotel was beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing! We loved everything about our stay. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it!

  Loved the hotel - from the minute we pulled up and we had help to unload our bags until the minute we left, and once again, we had help loading our bags - service was friendly, professional, and impeccable. Great hotel. John helped us from the moment he greeted us at 2:00 AM at the front doors of the hotel until the moment we left the hotel. Ou... vad folk säger » tstanding employee. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helped us enjoy our stay. We were up early the next morning, and the maid/ - Staff Room Cleanliness The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.
