  Only stayed for a quick sleepover from airport. Apart from a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel the experience was good. Very clean room and extremely comfortable bed. - Close proximity to the airport; staff were very friendly, engaging, helpful, and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable.

  Location and price was key! We went to the Lakers game at the Philips Arena which was 3 minutes away. Talk about convenience! Also the price was extremely reasonable for the location. None of the other hotels could compare to that price with that location. Overall I had an awesome stay and will return next month for the Rihanna concert!   First, we loved the location! It is elegant and corporate and near a mall, etc., yet it is in a cozy wooded property. We even liked the staff's incorporating the construction theme into their decor and dress. Absolutely beats every other place for price and comfor - The complimentary breakfast buffet and appetizers were so good. Chantel and Victoria did wonderful at the front desk from check-in to check-out. Robin, Elizabeth, and staff kept us supplied with towels, etc. Angelica and staff did a wonderful job on the buffet. You all were so helpful in making my family's stay a wonderful one. Keep up the good work and promote Chantel to Manager already! Thank you.

I had specific requests for housekeeping and they went above and beyond. The room was extremely comfortable and much bigger and accommodating than I expected.   The first room we were checked into was a double handicapped room, we requested a King. We were checked into a suite when we complained about our room. Great upgrade, great hotel. - Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great over all stay and will be coming back in the furture.
