  Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. The Breakfast Cook To Order Crew were impressive with their team work, in the way they speedily moved the rather long line for omlettes! We really enjoyed our "Anniversary Stay-Cati... vad folk säger » on". Loved the choice of toiletries. The pool was a plus. Very convenient to nice restaurants and shopping. We slept well in the comfy bed! - I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free happy hour was awesome.

  Tonisha frnt desk clerk was very very friendly. Referred us to Malone's for lunch & dessert was excellent like she said & she also made sure she told us to show our room key for a 15% discount.   From the time that we arrived, we were greeted with friendly and happy workers who made our stay outstanding. The facility, including the rooms were very clean which is a very important component. The morning breakfast was delicious and very well priced with excellent service.   The hotel was awesome! The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond.Loved, loved, loved the room and the view. This is my new "favorite" place. - Staff surprised us with a note & chocolates on our anniversary trip. Room was modern & very comfortable. Starbucks in lobby.

  The helpfulness of the front desk staff, Sean, and his supervisor, Willy. The entire front desk staff was very helpful and informative. I had specific requests for housekeeping and they went above and beyond. The room was extremely comfortable and much bigger and accommodating than I expected.
