Had some construction going on, was not aware of in advance.
Ice machine was not working on my floor.
The non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. That was almoat a deal breaker...but what do you do when you have already paid. The pool was so chlorinated that all six boys looked like demons when they got out. Their eyes were red and swollen for hours. Even after showering they still reaked of chlorine and had red puffy eyes.
There was nothing on the hotel part that I did not like...just so far the mega bus terminal.
Room a bit faded, needs a refurb.

Needs updated.
The toilet in the room above us was leaking onto our toilet to the
point my Grandson slipped in the water. It had been leaking so long
that there were holes in the ceiling where the drywall had fallen. Our
toilet also had been leaking for some time because the wall behind it
was soft to the touch. They had no other rooms to move us so we just
had to put up with it.
No refrigerator or microwave.
