  Brooke at the front desk was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The room was very clean. All of the amenities were newer and up to date. We asked to be in a quiet location, it was perfect and we slept so well. I'm veryyyy picky with my hotels. It was the first time we had stayed other than Disneyland Hotel,I was a little nervous.   The location was perfect for Disneyland. We parked when we arrived and didn't use the car again until we left for home. There are plenty of food options close and the pool is great as well. The hotel was clean and the service was great. One of the elevators was down one day and they had it up and running by the next time we checked. We loved all the facilities like the pool area, inexpensive breakfast buffet, gym, laundry, business centre were great. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgable.

  We had two rooms as we were travelling with family and going to Disneyland. It was walking distance, clean and comfortable. There was a shuttle service available in a nearby street, but even with a 4yo (and stroller) we still walked. - Staff was great

  I like this place much better than the Annabella, which we stayed at over our honeymoon, and it's about the same distance from the park, just on the opposite side of the property. The ambiance is like a nightclub and very hip. Great customer service- staff was awesome from bartenders, maintenance, waitresses, dining room to front desk! Love the buffet (a little pricey) and the music was great all around the place.

  Right down the street from dl at about half the price...great value for the money. Staff was very helpful...I Only had a reservation for one night and Carlos was great helping me get the 2 extra nights added to my stay. Room was clean plenty of room for our family of 5 with 2 tvs one for adults and one for kids!! Breakfast was donuts..cereal..toas... vad folk säger » t or waffels so pretty good for a cont. Breakfast. Would definatly stay here again ...as it is totally worth the price and we come down often with our - Was a great room for an amazing price! Saw some reviews and I was a bit worried since I had already booked my room, but I was pleasently surprised! No noise like people complained about, and sure a little furniture chipping, but I'll deal with that for $60!

  Very pleased with all aspects of this hotel! The guest service reps. were very helpful and promt with whatever information I needed. The facility was updated, clean and very Comfortable. The room was spacious with enough room for our luggage, my 4 yr old's restlessness and my disabled husband's wheelchair! My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!! - The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

  This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress). Proximity to Disneyland is hard to beat, (15 minute stroll to Downtown Disney, with an extra 5 min... vad folk säger » utes to main Park(s). A regular shuttle service is available ($6) if you don't want to walk). Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, - Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.
