  The location was perfect for Disneyland. We parked when we arrived and didn't use the car again until we left for home. There are plenty of food options close and the pool is great as well. The hotel was clean and the service was great. One of the elevators was down one day and they had it up and running by the next time we checked. I accidentally... vad folk säger » have my parking ticket back to the desk with my key upon check out and when I went inside to explain they gave me another one, no questions asked. - The location walking distance from Disneyland and some excellent restaurants in Garden Walk was fantastic especially when combined with the relatively low cost of the room for the quality of the hotel! We loved all the facilities like the pool area, inexpensive breakfast buffet, gym, laundry, business centre were great. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgable.

  We had two rooms as we were travelling with family and going to Disneyland. It was walking distance, clean and comfortable. There was a shuttle service available in a nearby street, but even with a 4yo (and stroller) we still walked. - Staff was great

  I like this place much better than the Annabella, which we stayed at over our honeymoon, and it's about the same distance from the park, just on the opposite side of the property. The ambiance is like a nightclub and very hip. When we checked in, the staff gave us a complimentary menu item coupon that we could redeem at either the poolside lounge ... vad folk säger » or at the hotel's restaurant. Our room was on the second floor, facing the pool, which meant we had a great view of the fireworks. The pool, by the w - We loved the salt water pool! Rooms were large & comfortable for a couple with 2 children. We loved the fireworks at night we could see from our bedroom by the pool, the happy hour, the young hip yet family atmosphere. Great customer service- staff was awesome from bartenders, maintenance, waitresses, dining room to front desk! Love the buffet (a little pricey) and the music was great all around the place.

  This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress). Proximity to Disneyland is hard to beat, (15 minute stroll to Downtown Disney, with an extra 5 min... vad folk säger » utes to main Park(s). A regular shuttle service is available ($6) if you don't want to walk). Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, - Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

  The staff was excellent. From the time I called to let them know I would be late to the calls we made for extra things like blankets. They were helpful, friendly and personable. - The staff could not have been more helpful and the location to disney was great, only a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was also really good.
