  The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I grew up in Greenwich 50 years ago and this was my first trip back to see old friends I had grown up with. The Hyatt Greenwich was outstanding in every way, which was the topper for a trip down memory lane!

  Upon arriving the staff were very friendly and offered us a choice of floors. The room was spacious with a small kitchen. It was very well appointed with many electrical outlets and Wifi. The bathroom had the vanity separate, which is very helpful. The king size bed was comfortable, and the pull-out sofa worked well for us.   The location was great for what we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I LOVED the bed. I may need to find out what kind if mattress it is so I can get one. - The room was amazing absolutely massive in comparison to the hotel we stayed in in the city. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
