Every employee of this hotel with whom I interacted was excellent, from
the shuttle bus driver to the front desk reps to the chef to the
waitress at the tasty morning breakfast. The bed and pillow were very
comfortable; and the room was very dark (which I loved) when the black
out drapes were closed. It was also very quiet except for the sound of

Everything was clean and nice. I loved my stay at this hotel. -
It was very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was really nice and even though it was late in the day the maid service still stopped by my room to see if I needed anything. Will stay there again

Overall experience was excellent.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Free breakfast was excellent they even went out of their way to get us some bagels when we had to leave at 4am.

Great location to airport. Convenient complimentary shuttle. You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels. The complimentary Banana and coffee for early departures was also much appreciated- Thankyou for these complimentary services. -

This is a great little hotel! By little, I don't mean small, it's that they aim to give you a very comfortable stay in a nice place with a cool atmosphere without any pretensions . Oh, and did I mention, It's a great value! I'm not sure what else is available near the airport in Phoenix, but the next time I'm there, I'll be puttin' my head down

This is our 5th visit to this ALoft. It is very convenient to Tempe (via light rail or car), downtown (same), south Scottsdale and all of central Phoenix. The rooms are very nice, with a good modern feel. Beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean. The staff is outstanding!

My first stay at this hotel and was very much impressed! Large suite with sitting room and desk area with high level furnishings. Comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely look for another Doubletree in my travels!! -

Lovely breakfast included in the price. Excellent value for money. Close to the airport with free (tip the driver though) shuttle bus. Get the number of the hotel first and phone them from the airport to arrange collection. Lovely garden at the back. -

We liked the breakfast in the morning.We love the warm cookies & coffee in the afternoons.How close we were to the baseball stadium and how the shuttle would drop you off and pick you up after the games.The hotel and our room were always clean and neat.The staff was so helpful to find us restaurants and shopping.We are already thinking and planing another trip for next spring season and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.See ya next spring....
