I met a friend for a week away and we both loved the hotel and its staff. We especially liked the shuttle service for airport and local transport to dining spots and the access to down town and the area via the highways that were very close. Also we rented a car and the car rental was just a few blocks away. We would definitely recommend it to fri

Everything. I needed a place to stay near the airport, where as a solo
woman traveling I felt safe and comfortable. This hotel was perfect.
I accidentally left my cell phone in the lobby of the hotel when I left. I called the hotel from the airport and the front desk supervisor drove my phone and charger to me!! Such service and friendliness!!

the check-out time and were totally gracious and friendly when I called
asking for a check-out-time extention, every staff member I came in

The hotel staff & management are quite friendly and helpful. I would like Crystal Apolinar for sending the invoice/receipt immediately and Josh Esquivel for sending the jacket that I left at the hotel. -

The staff was excellent...great attitude as soon as I walked in...great customer service...room was very clean...housekeepers were very friendly...food was great in the mornings and they even served breakfast longer due to a lot of people eating...this hotel will definitely be my choice from now on!
