  Staff was very friendly. Very clean but online pics make it look alot nicer/newer than it really is. Showed pictures of outside and inside pool but only had inside pool functioning. Showed pictures of restaurant when there only was a small area with a bar and a few tables. Very deceiving. - Beds were comfortable. People were friendly. Did not use... vad folk säger » shuttle but heard it was easy to use. Actually like the Native American theme as it is unique from other mall area hotels. Just keep it consistent through out and never listen to the decorator who did the lobby redo again.

  When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending.   The concierge, Larry went above & beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my girlfriend's birthday. He selected flowers for me & had them waiting in the room when we arrived, he suggested a nearby steakhouse for dinner & arranged reservations, when we came back to the hotel later that night champagne & sweets along with a ... vad folk säger » birthday card were in the room. The comforts of the room were fantastic, everything from the king size bed, the overhead shower & the provided rob - The beds are linens are wonderful, location is a good balance between airport , mall of America, and business destinations. Of course, the restaurant and pastries are out of sight. I stay here once or twice a year, and it has definitely been updated since my last visit.

  The hotel staff were extremely helpful from giving directions to restaurant recommendations. It is located in the heart of the city and the lite rail makes it very easy to get around. The facilities were great bar, gym and spa. The room itself was of a high standard and I had no problems with my stay. - Excellent location.
