  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provide a shuttle bus, not just to/from midway airport, but to anywhere within a 5 mile radius which is very helpful - The staff is very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and very nice. Located in a very good area with shopping ,restaurants and even a movie theater near by.

  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. The hotel was nice, walking distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff, and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with the facility and would definitely stay there again.
