  Myself and my daughter found this hotel to be very friendly and personable. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable with very good facilities, a good size, modern and very clean.   I did not expect much due to some reviews but I was very happy. My daughter and I were active all day and the location was convient to public metro and buses, and the beds were very comfortable. The Room had all we needed and they cleaned it well every day. The staff was all very polite and helpful.
