The staff was amazing! There was not a single person we dealt with that
was not friendly, knowledgable and quick to assist. Everyone went above
and beyond. We were on the 7th floor and we called one night to get an
extra blanket and literally as soon as we hung up the phone there was a

The staff. Everyone and I mean everyone was so friendly all of the
time. Every time we came or left we were greeted. It was also
centrally located to the things we wanted to do (at least most of
them) Breakfast menu was fabulous, so many items to choose from, and
chef to cook eggs to your specifications was a great touch, nice to
have the with room price

My 14 year old daughter and I stayed at the Shore this past June for 7
nights. Each room has a balcony. We were moved to an ocean -front room
since we were staying for a week which was very generous. The location
is probably the best in Santa Monica. Last year we stayed at the Loews

hotel is green, clean, sleek and minimal. It is not for those who are
looking for traditional or fancy. The staff is very nice as well. I

Fantastic location right opposite famous Santa Monica pier and behind
Bloomingdales and shopping on 3rd Promenade. Rooms were modern and
bathroom has clear glass wall to see into bedroom, which was a novelty
for my 7yo daughter. Free internet/wifi was fantastic. Was given
glass of champagne at check in which was a nice surprise. My daughter
loved the heated pool.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the intercontinental. The staff were amazing and made my stay as comfortable as possible. Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

It was a spacious & comfortable contemporary suite tucked away off Sunset Blvd. Close to all the action, but tucked away in a residential type area. Very quiet. Excellent gym for a hotel. Very cool decor.

The hotel had a lot of unique features, such as its beautiful, interior design which features calm beige colors and exquisite furniture. My view from the large bay windows was spectacular in my hotel room.

I love the location - close to WeHo, Rodeo, Getty, but also away from tourist trash. The view over LA is awesome, anytime - night or day. Beds are firm and cozy, rooms are well laid out, very quiet - ask for any #xx16 room = corner room with city view. Sky-Bar is awesome. Staff is usually EXCELLENT, they will work with you, whatever you need.
