When we arrived, the staff was very helpful. The room was better than we expected. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were amazed at how luxurious the room and hotel was. We have stayed in several hotels in Ontario, this is now our new favorite. Thank you Magnuson Grand! -

Been around many hotels & motels specially in the area it's simply the best & best value for money, the most helpful & polite staff, most clean pool. This was an overnight stay on October 19th. We were very surprised that we were
warmly welcomed by Michelle, the front desk clerk who allowed us to check in early.
She offered us fresh baked cookies and was very perky, pleasant and friendly.

The staff was courteous and efficient. The hotel, while very dated, is clean and well-kept. You have every possible convenience at your disposal. While the location has some safety issues, the security at the hotel is first-rate.

I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the view from our window was very nice with pretty mountains. My husband, 10 yr old child, and dog stayed here for 1 night, 2 days. It was comfortable. -

I have become a regular here due to a personal situation. And over time the staff has come to know me by name are so very helpful and friendly. They really make me feel welcome. -
They have always treated me very nice. The air conditioner did not work
in my room and they quickly switched me to another room no problem.
