  We loved the options in the pools. The out door activities, both shuffle board and chess were great options for anyone looking for something to do - Excellent hotel, confortable room, amazing pools. Newport is a lovely town. We had no problem at all, we enjoyed every minute that we spent here.

  The service was superb!! Every employee...the wait staff, the housekeepers, drivers, front desk etc...was gracious, warm, friendly and always helpful, even beyond the usual level. The place is beautiful and we were upgraded to a Villa. Fabulous!   Great staff! Had an issue with cars parked in handicapped parking that weren't handicapped and we were traveling w/my mother who is. We called the front desk and they immediately found the person and had them move their car. The staff treated us like we were very important to them.   I like the set up, it was like a home away from home atmosphere. It had everything, I needed. Everyone was very nice and helpful.   Our stay was a very pleasant one. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable.
