  The front dest personnel where very curtious and professional. They were always in good spirits and helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean. Excellent customer service. - bed was awesomely comfortable, breakfast in morning was good, staff was very friendly - we like this chain of hotels (choice hotels)

  The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   Our daughter is at Springfield College and we have been looking for a hotel that is close and nice ! We found it in this hotel . It has been totally remodeled . Rooms are very nice, pool and lobby very nice . Breakfast was not included in price but was very good. Hopefully it stays this nice for the next 4 years of her college stay .   This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. - The hotel and bars/restaurants in side were excellent. Champions was great on game days.
