  The front dest personnel where very curtious and professional. They were always in good spirits and helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean. Excellent customer service. - bed was awesomely comfortable, breakfast in morning was good, staff was very friendly - we like this chain of hotels (choice hotels)

  The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very modern and well kept. No noise during the evening hours, and you cannot hear other travelers in their rooms.   Have stayed at few different local Hotels and Motels. Will like to return to this one on next trip. It has comfortable rooms, larger TV set, very nice and large Fitness room near the Indoor Pool. Good breakfast and for me a good surprise dinner and desert - at no extra charge. Wi-Fi was free too. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. - The hotel and bars/restaurants in side were excellent. Champions was great on game days.
