  The staff was very nice. I was totally lost & she offered to stay on the phone with me from 6 Flags NE to get us there. I was by myself with 3 children ages 8 to 11. It was dark and raining & I was horrified my GPS wasn't working. She totally helped me out. And the woman with the Irish accent is always a pleasure. Loved her!!! - We were able to get a room with two beds and a pull-out sofa to accommodate us and our two young children complete with breakfast at a very reasonable rate. It was also a very visually appealing hotel. The breakfast was both hot and cold and had plenty of options with protein as well as food for kids with allergies.

  About as I expected for a budget lodging conveniently near the airport. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful, including a free and efficient shuttle to Bradley. Rooms are as you would expect at this price point, but clean and quite large. Comfortable bed with good bed linens. - The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely helpfu... vad folk säger » l. We accidentally spilled something on the bed and they were there in a matter of minutes to help us.

  The location was absolutely perfect. Right off the highway but far enough away to not here traffic. Easy to get back on highway as well. Five minute walk to downtown. - Location to event (XL Center) was perfect. Staff was exceptional.
