We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. When we needed anything, such as a bathmat or the sink unclogged, they were there immediately! We loved the pool and hot tub area and spent most afternoons there after our sightseein

restaraunt, the front desk, the shuttle driver, the people in the
gift shop. Give everyone a raise. I hope I get a chance to come back.
I think the person that stood out was Sonia in the restaraunt. I
wrote some negative comments since you asked but I would stay there
again in a minute.

We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Their 24hr room service was also great, since we only checked in at midnight. -

was so nice. It was close to Ventura Blvd, freeways and shopping. We
also received a discount for eating at the Dennys on-site. They were

How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.

1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious.
2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc

Central location in the Hollywood area. Beautiful interiors from lobby to restaurant and inviting exterior areas around the pool and outside bar. Excellent and fast service all over. One night when we had a little plumbing problem : ) in our toilet, the janitor fixed it within 10 minutes. Could definitely book this hotel at my next visit to LA. - E

We spent 1 night during our honeymoon at the Redbury. It's a pretty large and very trendy hotel at a great location by the Walk of Fame. Easy access to restaurants, bars and museums. There's also a large outside bar in the hotel which seems to be a popular spot (that also means a lot of noise at night but we were prepared for that).

Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through,
long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of,
particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my
name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store
there... And I even had a dramatically different haircur!

Room was well appointed, large and modern.
Large bathroom with many towels and great housekeeping department that kept the complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream in abundance.
Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable.
Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles.
The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.
