  1) They were able to check us in 2 hrs. early, 2) friendly staff 3) met our maid and she even supplied us with rags to clean the car windows when she saw us struggling with napkins 4) clean, comfortable room 5) free WIFI and HBO (yay).   We stayed a total of 6 nights; Fri., Sat. Sun. Mon. Then came back later in the week and stayed Fri. Sat. The last "set" we stayed in a great suite and it was very nice with a great price. We wished that we could have had that suite all 6 nights! Very convenient for us. - I like the proximity to the areas I like to visit..studio city does not ... vad folk säger » have many hotels unless you stay at universal city which is expensive. I visit the area a couple times a year as I grew up there...I know the area well and this hotel is well placed for my needs.

When we arrived, the place smelled lovely, fresh and clean, a welcome change from LA's horrible traffic-induced stink. Wireless worked flawlessly and was surprisingly fast as well. Make sure you plan about 60-90mins of transfer time between lax and this place using the supershuttle

  I appreciated the affordability and security. It was relatively near the Bob Hope Airport. It is an excellent value and the room and bed were comfortable. It was quiet. - I liked the customer service & how friendly the staff was. Angel M. Was a good helper.
