I love the large comfortable rooms, great view, 42" flat screen and the budget-friendly prices. The pool was wonderful, you get the best of both worlds. It's a heated indoor pool, but you can look outside while you swim. Also the large outdoor court yard was great for reading and working, using The Aloft's free Wi Fi. -

There is a front desk staff member by the name of Teaursa.This young lady is always smiling and brighten my day every time I see her.Never once have I walked in and not seen her smilling.She always fixes any problem Ive ever had there.{which wasn't much}But since my family and I have been staying here she has been more than helpful.Teaursa thank for being there for my family in our time of need.Red Roof Inn need to find more people just like you.

Very grateful for help getting to and from airport and to car rental company. Very friendly and helpful staff. Treated with kindness after long, tiring journey. The hotel is very conveniently located about 10 minutes away from BWI. I had a red eye flight at 5 am and needed to be at the airport at 4. The hotel shuttle runs 24 hours and it worked great. The rooms are very clean and the staff very accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.

Without exception all staff (from cleaners to management) were friendly,
courteous, and eager to please.
Nothing was too much trouble For example although on holiday I had an urgent and important document to have scanned to my pc so I could email it to a colleague. This was done by Adam with pleasure and within a few minutes.

Everything! The Staff was so pleasant and welcoming. The room was
beautifully decorated and so very clean. My friends and I had a girls
weekend and we had a great time. Breakfast, which was included with the
price of the room, was excellent! I would recommend Fairfield Inns to
everyone as I now have a 'new' hotel for all my vacation needs.

This has to be THE cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. There was not an ounce of dirt anywhere. The place was immaculate. The breakfast was an added bonus. -

I liked the fact that everyone on your staff was polite, friendly, and
helpful. I was especially impressed with Bonnie Ashbury, who works in
