The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I loved the hotel, beautiful setting, nice and clean. Just opposite the
shopping centre. Shuttle bus goes to the beech everyday free from the
hotel. Staff are really nice and friendly. Nice size swimming pool also
got a kids soft play area made for young children. Cleaners came
everyday and cleaned the room and provided towels, and toiletries..

Very spacious clean room, large bathroom, beautiful design. The room has
everything you need - king-size bed, sofa, table, large tv, kettle, mini
bar, hair dryer, cutlery, etc. Tasty and varied breakfast. Very helpful
staff. We liked the dinner order to the room. By taxi or bus you can get
to the beach in 15 minutes. Nearby there is the shopping center and
currency exchange.

I stayed in a single room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check
in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional.
The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is
full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good
varieties.

Everything was good! Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful stuff. There is no restaurant, but it was not a problem for us, there is a good Arabic Indian cafe at the corner. If you want to go to the beach, it's better to take a taxi and go to al khan beach, it will cost you 10 dh. Really recommend this hotel to everybody! -

Room was cleaned up on a daily basis. Accomodation is cheap and you are able to get to Dubai in approx. 30-40 mins with a car.
