I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

Close to two metro station- green and red line. Shopping centre at the Burjman with places to eat.
Own kitchen area so we could cook in the apartment. They washed our dishes every day.

Frukosten var stor och bra, läget var bra - fem minuters promenad till metron och taxis utanför hotellet. Att åka in till Dubai Mall kostade 14 DHS (ca 24kr) för två personer i Gold Class på Metron och ca 35 kr med Taxi för upp till fyra personer.
Det var också väldigt smart att de hade elkontakter som passade alla olika typer, alltså behöver man

I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

Room was spacious, with plenty of space for extra roll-out bed. Great balcony with heated spa pool, and view of Burj Khalifa fireworks on New Years Eve. Staff were generally very helpful. The brunch on the terrace was very good value and very good quality - 159dhs (about 30GBP) per head selection of lebanese, indian, japanese, seafood and barbecue dishes served outside overlooking the pool, with fairly decent Australian wines or Tiger beers included.
