Allt - The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

Its an ideal location for Shopping and staying in dubai... you have the Mall of the Emirates connected to the hotel in the 1st floor. Metro ( Rail) connection available from the mall. Very comfortable beddings and well maintained. Nespresso Coffee machine in the room.Good view of Dubai ..( not all) on the higher rooms. You can see late night movie

We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better.
We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

Stora rymliga rum, vi bodde i svit med två sovrum och badrum till varje rum plus en gästtoalett. lång utsikt från rummet. En alldeles fantastisk frukost med nygjord scramble eggs ex. och personal som genast fixade om vi frågade. Massor med frukt och olika rätter, lunchen blev ofta sen och liten p.g.a. detta. Beach and pool are very comfortable. İt is the first time of rixos and dubai visit in our life. İ must say that it is a perfect perfect excellent... İt takes some time to reach the city centre. But the city centre is crowded. Thereby, location of the hotel is suitable to relax. İt is like a heaven. We are turkish and it is turkish hotel. We are able to eat baklava and simit and menemen and kebap.. All of them are very delicious. Hotel staff makes our life in here
