  Allt - The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

  The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms and lobby. I know letsbookhotel.com only says wired but it is w... vad folk säger » ireless. The breakfast was excellent, you can have it delivered to your room at no extra charge, we called down on the phone what we wanted and 10-15 - Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door. Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly. Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by. We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

  The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money. Nice roof-top pool, with comfortable sun-... vad folk säger » lounge beds, and well equiped gym . - Everything was done professionally; I got immediate attention when I needed it. The staff is well-informed and very friendly. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

  good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

  Stora rymliga rum, vi bodde i svit med två sovrum och badrum till varje rum plus en gästtoalett. lång utsikt från rummet. En alldeles fantastisk frukost med nygjord scramble eggs ex. och personal som genast fixade om vi frågade. Massor med frukt och olika rätter, lunchen blev ofta sen och liten p.g.a. detta. Eftersom taxi verkligen var billigt gjo... vad folk säger » rde det inget att det var en bit in till gamla stan. - Trevligt hotell. Mysig takterass med pool och solstolar. God frukost. Fin svit. Trevlig personal överlag. Samtliga familjemedlemmar var nöjda (barn, ungdom, vuxen, äldre). Nära till Emirates mall, för både shopping och skidåkning.
