the room is so big & the bathroom is an experience for itself, there's a touchscreen dashboard which u can use it to control lights, a/c remotely.
- the staff go backward to serve the guests.
- the pool area is magnificent.
- the gym is equipped with the latest equipment & so big too.
-the restaurant where u can have the breakfast is just amazing and never seen bigger that this.
- it's just a perfect hotel i'll go there every time i visit Dubai

Rent och städat. Lugnt och fint poolområde för oss med små barn. Mycket trevlig personal. Bra frukost och roomservice. Sitter ihop med en jättestor mall,så nära till shoping och restauranger. - Fantastiskt hotell med superbra service.

This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way.
Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap.

Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

Excellent & exceeded all our expectations. After stepping in, we
were greeted warmly at the reception. Then the lady (don't recall
her name, but she stated that she was from Jamaica) provided us with a

Friendly staff, the two-bed room apartment has two extra bathroom, Quran in the drawer of the master room and this is the first time to see this in hotel in Dubai, they sent a national day sweet gift which really suprised us, they called us to know if we need any more things in the room (not happened in 5-stars hotels), excellent location, very quite although there is construction near by, there are books in the living room (first time to see this thing in hotel), and great sea view.... We have been there for the second time. Also the kids want to return to
this very good hotel which is not that large as other hotels in Dubai.

I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their
warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the
room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok.
The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big
umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There
is a variety of top restaurants. There is a kids area with lots of toys.
I really loved everything and I strongly recommend this hotel to ot

For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.
