  Hotellet var underbar. Vi bodde på i deras svit och den är värd varenda krona. Poolen är nice men inte för att motions simma utan bara ligga o slappa..För frukost får man massa olika saker att välja från och eftersom Dubai är ett Muslimskt stad så ska man lägga stort + på det att de serverar fläsk salami o bacon. Själv bor jag i Qatar och där finn... vad folk säger » s det inte möjligheten att få det serverad någonstans. - Den inbjudande utomhuspoolen med en hänförande utsikt över Dubais enastående skyskrapor.

  I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. There are plenty of resturants, cofee ships, bars, Lounge, night club etc.. on this stretch. The hotel itself has a very good ope... vad folk säger » n air bar plus some decent resturants. Service, cleanliness etc.. are all very good. I've stayed in this hotel many times from the time it had intial - Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

  The pool area was fab, plus had a separate toddler area and play park. In toddler area they also had toddler toilets which were furnished to a high standard. Cannot fault the staff.   Läget var perfekt, och vi gillade vårt rum med utsikt över havet. - We have been there for the second time. Also the kids want to return to this very good hotel which is not that large as other hotels in Dubai. We like the very friendly atmosphere there and the location at the bottom of the palm. Both the sea-view (on the Palm incl. Atlantis-Hote... vad folk säger » l) and the City-View are magnificient. The city-view-rooms are a bit larger because they don´t have a balcony. We like the beach-access although we swim in the infinity-pool or in the long pool of the Westin-Hotel. The - I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok. The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There is a variety of top restaurants. There is a kids area with lots of toys. I really loved everything and I strongly recommend this hotel to ot

  Excellent & exceeded all our expectations. After stepping in, we were greeted warmly at the reception. Then the lady (don't recall her name, but she stated that she was from Jamaica) provided us with a complimentary upgrade to a "Sea View" room (facing the "Palm Jumeirah").   I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor... vad folk säger » . In short, we liked everything about this hotel and will sure stay here again in the near future. - The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

  Its an ideal location for Shopping and staying in dubai... you have the Mall of the Emirates connected to the hotel in the 1st floor. Metro ( Rail) connection available from the mall. Very comfortable beddings and well maintained. Nespresso Coffee machine in the room.Good view of Dubai ..( not all) on the higher rooms. You can see late night movie... vad folk säger » s in the mall and walk back to room.. Free internet connection.. - We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.
