Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

The cleanliness was commendable. I liked the fact that they cleaned the
rooms whenever prompted, the staff were courteous and always ready to
help. We requested change in the weighing scale in the bathroom and it
came speedily. It is also more than value for money if one can afford

First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. The hotel is relatively new and is very clean. The rooms are of a good size and well equipped. Also the sauna\swimming pool\ massage saloon facilities are well maintained and comfortable. In general a pleasant stay and good value for the money. -

3 bedrooms for 2 people arranged at desk (after booked 2 individual rooms thinking that unmarried couples could not share the same room!!!).
extra helpful staff -
Staff were very good and assisted us with the children when needed without having to ask. The apartment rooms were huge and gave the children plenty of room to move.
