This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way.
Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap.

Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

Hotellet var underbar. Vi bodde på i deras svit och den är värd varenda krona. Poolen är nice men inte för att motions simma utan bara ligga o slappa..För frukost får man massa olika saker att välja från och eftersom Dubai är ett Muslimskt stad så ska man lägga stort + på det att de serverar fläsk salami o bacon. Själv bor jag i Qatar och där finn

The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . The most joyfull of it all was the beach and the beach facility. It is without a dought a greate place to spend a vacation at. - We could check in even though we haved arrived before 10:00am, we are not sure because we booked

For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...
I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them...

We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was outstanding - one of the best selections I have experienced

Wonderful hotel. I was extremely pleased with oriental hospitality and high quality standards. Location is great, next to lively Walk in the heart of Dubai Marina with easy access to Palm, Dubai center and DXB. First and foremost do NOT be put off by the impending local works as you cannot hear these in/from your room. The hotel was excellent. Every member of staff was helpful, friendly, attentive and professional especially Noel in the Business centre who was very efficient in helping us with printing our airline boarding passes and who spent time with my seven year old son George. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and where some hotels fly the 5 start flag and do not deliver this
