Allt - The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. Hotellet var underbar. Vi bodde på i deras svit och den är värd varenda krona. Poolen är nice men inte för att motions simma utan bara ligga o slappa..För frukost får man massa olika saker att välja från och eftersom Dubai är ett Muslimskt stad så ska man lägga stort + på det att de serverar fläsk salami o bacon. Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt.

For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.
