Mycket serviceminded personal. The Cavendish serverade mycket vällagade rätter med god variation i menyn. Roomservicen var fenomenal, vi kom sent 02.30 och beställde en Pepperonipizza som kom nygräddad efter mindre än tio minuter från egen ung i hotellets källare, imponerande! Mycket bra tillgång på taxi utanför hotellet. -

... vad folk säger » great hotel i like it to much and sure i will vist again and agian the bar was woow and the club not bad , also the shisha place where u set in nice wather with your drinks and smoke it was really nice time i enjoy it . and for the location its about 10 min to JBR taxi will cost just 45 to 50, the room was very clean and the business longe really nice i like it also. and you can enjoy your time . the staff are very nice and they help you any time 24H and they smile always. -
Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially as it was during Ramadan they made sure we knew the laws/rules which go with this fasting time so we didn't get into any trouble! Spotlessly clean, didn't get to try all the food as only the main restaurant was open but food there was lovely. Mcgettigans pub is great spot, very lovely and food is great! Pool on the 11th floor is a must! I would happily recommend staying at the bonnington hotel, perhaps outside Ramadan to get the best out of

This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way.
Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap.

Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. Allt - The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury.
