Mycket serviceminded personal. The Cavendish serverade mycket vällagade rätter med god variation i menyn. Roomservicen var fenomenal, vi kom sent 02.30 och beställde en Pepperonipizza som kom nygräddad efter mindre än tio minuter från egen ung i hotellets källare, imponerande! Mycket bra tillgång på taxi utanför hotellet. -

Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially as it was during Ramadan they made sure we knew the laws/rules which go with this fasting time so we didn't get into any trouble! Spotlessly clean, didn't get to try all the food as only the main restaurant was open but food there was lovely. Mcgettigans pub is great spot, very lovely and food is great! Pool on the 11th floor is a must! I would happily recommend staying at the bonnington hotel, perhaps outside Ramadan to get the best out of

First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English.
