The receptionists are wonderful, I did not feel lonely one bit, the hotel taxi man, cant remember his name, he drives a hummer, he took me round dubai and never got tired of taking pictures of me which is great as a solo traveller, I got lot of wonderful pictures thanks to him. I paid for Queen's room but they upgraded it to Executive room free of

It is close to the metro station.
The rooms are really nice and comfortable.
They had breakfast there for a good price.
Aileen at the front desk really helped us by suggesting and booking the desert safari for us. She and Pappu also went out of their way to organise us transport to the airport on short notice on a friday before 1. And the driver shahJohon was really friendly and helpfull.

It's right next to the metro station and there are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as cash machines.
There is no gym or swimming pool but for 20 Dirhams you can use the nearby Novotel facilities all day. A great deal.
The rooms were always cleaned and in order when we came back from a day on the town.
No complaints - a great stay.

Everything really. Rooms were good staff were good. Didn't have any problem with anything. Especially the receptionist he was really nice. The morning to night receptionist was a really good guy. Helped us a lot and when we had problem with taxi service he apologized even though it wasn't his problem. This guy should get a raise. He works really hard :)

For the price I paid(155 Aed), it was really good deal. Huge room and
bathroom. Bed is big and comfortable, carpeted floors. Location is very
near to metro(take al mankhool south exit). They also allowed me to check-
in earlier at 11 am. I was really thankful for that because I was so

The location of the Hotel is really great: just three minutes away from Al Fahidi Subway Station, close to the American consulate for those Iranian students going there to get their US visa, and last but not least, reasonable room prices for Dubai. I recommend this if you need an average place to stay in.

THe desk staff were excellent. We arrived very early in the morning and
they were very pleasant and helpful. As we hadn't booked our room
until later that day 2pm we left our bags stored with the hotel and
walked through the souks to the creek, crossed over in a small boat and

The whole place was immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly,
helpful and obliging. The breakfast was discounted for prior payment,
giving great value, a substantial variety, and convenience. The location
was perfect for me, with 3 minutes walk to the fabulous Metro. The room
was larger and better than expected. The proximity to the Airport, with
a less-than-$10 taxi fare each way, was very acceptable. All round, for
my taste and budget, I would give 9.5/10, but then, I am easy to

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant was OK, specially the restaurant staff were friendly and always there to serve you the best way possible

I read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel just after i booked the room so i was very skeptic about it but now i can say that on a budget, you cant get a better hotel in all of UAE! the staff is super friendly and prompt. The rooms on the 4th floor are very quite and good. Overall, an excellent stay and i'll stay in the panorama next time too!

The staff and the service is better than what I expect, since the
apartment rate was low, but I did not have another choice but to book
there because all the other places was fully booked. I think they
deserve better rate than what they have -
