The pool area was fab, plus had a separate toddler area and play park. In toddler area they also had toddler toilets which were furnished to a high standard. Cannot fault the staff. Everything about the stay at the hotel was amazing... from location, luxury and the great service from all staff
There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...
I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them...

this very good hotel which is not that large as other hotels in Dubai.

I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their
warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the
room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok.
The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big
umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There
is a variety of top restaurants. There is a kids area with lots of toys.
I really loved everything and I strongly recommend this hotel to ot

Everything, the hotel was great i have already booked my next stay. It will be perfect once all the food and beverage outlets are open, - The hotel was very well located, and facilities were very good. Was a very enjoyable stay.

Room was spacious, with plenty of space for extra roll-out bed. Great balcony with heated spa pool, and view of Burj Khalifa fireworks on New Years Eve. Staff were generally very helpful. The brunch on the terrace was very good value and very good quality - 159dhs (about 30GBP) per head selection of lebanese, indian, japanese, seafood and barbecue dishes served outside overlooking the pool, with fairly decent Australian wines or Tiger beers included.

Rooms were large, furniture was in good condition the kitchens were very nicely set up.
Great place for a couple who enjoy each others time cooking and eating together, sunning, and want to get around without being in the traffic of Dubai.

Great hotel to stay during my trip. Staff all very friendly and helpful, room very clean and room make up everyday, free room wifi for 1 person only and newspaper provided upon request, subway and burger king is just opposite within walking distance and convenience store is just beside the hotel. I would go back to this hotel again next time i visit dubai.

This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English. Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.

Poolen på 3 dje våningen perfekt. - I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. Great g

Everyone was very pleasant, and helpful. We will return in the future on our next trip to Dubai, and also recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Upon arrival the staff greeted us and took over the check in process, i only had to sit and relax while the front desk lady had to prepare the papers for check in. The hotel is amazing in terms of first impression us we were astonished with the internal decorative design.

The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.
