  Allt - The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

  I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. There are plenty of resturants, cofee ships, bars, Lounge, night club etc.. on this stretch. The hotel itself has a very good ope... vad folk säger » n air bar plus some decent resturants. Service, cleanliness etc.. are all very good. I've stayed in this hotel many times from the time it had intial - Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

  Läget var fint nära metro och vi tog taxi till stranden och shopping ibland... Hotellet organiserar transport till stranden också.....Lekrum för barn ....Bra och rent, mycket trevlig personal!!! - Mycket bra service och ett läge som ger närhet till många shoppingmall och till The Palm o Marinan. 800 m att gå till Metro (T-bana) om man vill åka t... vad folk säger » ill Creeken eller till flygplatsen.

  It was an amazing property with some of the most state of the art facilities adding to the comfort and luxury to the stay. The grand Hyatt has paid attention to the finer details of hospitality that very few other hotels provide in there class. Long enough time to know how dedicated and sincere each and every single person at the hyatt was in providing the best they can. - Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.   Fantastiskt hotell i alla avseenden. Håller världsklass. - The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  Upon arrival the staff greeted us and took over the check in process, i only had to sit and relax while the front desk lady had to prepare the papers for check in. The hotel is amazing in terms of first impression us we were astonished with the internal decorative design. The room was super. The staff were very polite and all were asking about our stay each time we pass through any staff. Had out breakfas - The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.
