Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests.
Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels.
I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort.
Overall I am quite satisfied for getting value for my money. -

Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

I liked the room size. The most important thing I liked is that there is no liquor served in that hotel and it does not have a night club. It is a perfect match for a family and easily accessible to the shopping areas. It is a value for money.

I found the hotel to be great value for money. Our check-in only took mere minutes and we were shown to our room. The room was clean and tidy. Mini fridge however is empty (i prefer it that way) but for those that prefer the fridge to be filled need to notify the hotel on booking. The beach is a walking distance and even in the heat of summer, not to bad for a walk. There are however carts that can drop you off from reception to the beach. Ett hotell som motsvarar sina 5 *. Allt var bra. - Al Hamra Fort and Beach Resort is perfect escape to unwind. I love the rakDuty Free provided in the hotel. - It was a return to Ras Al Khaimah after 33 years. Very pleased to see such a luxurious resort. The restaurant manager Mr. Abraham was very friendly and efficient.

we really like the hotel ambiance and our room and the facilities, the foods was excellent, we got free upgrade to junior suite which made the weekend getaway more memoreable for both of us, the location is very near to Dubai (where we are living); and it was really such a relaxing moment for both of us, definitely will come back to try the spa! -
