  Nice friendly staff, generous sized apartment with nice bedrooms and en-suites. We stayed a week before Christmas and the staff put on a beautiful carol service in the lobby.   Allt med hotellet var kanon. - Desk manager was excellent, as were front desk employees. We had a problem with a trainee front desk staff; 1st) the trainee made my wife pay a deposit before they would give her the key. Ok, understood. The manager was very apologetic and refunded the mone - It is a lovely hotel, pure luxury in Emirates style. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. I had a good view of the city. The rooftop pool was heated and a nice way to get some exercise. Since taxis are relatively cheap in Abu Dhabi, I used them to get around. But the bus station is literally right across the street so you could easily use buses to get around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Millennium and would stay again!

  Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.
