Rooms were big and spacious. Balcony was nice to sit out in. Pool was big. Cud add in slides for kids. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool and beach side. As well as the water sports in the sea. The food by the pool was tasty. Location was very good of the hotel and easy to find.

Very professional, polite and helpful staff where nothing was too much for them. Very clean and comfortable hotel with excellent services. The place is great, very clean, spacious and staff are very friendly and welcoming! We enjoyed the breakfast (lots of choices) (I love the egg station) xx Nice pool area comes with (Relaxation pool for 18 and above) if you want some peace and quiet. there is also a SPA.

Almost everything, except the distance to the city centre, but
that's what makes the positive attributes possible.
I especially appreciated the front desk and resaurant service -- transparent, prompt and respectful.
The terrace and view over the golf course to the sea was a great relief after days in a windowless meeting room at another hotel.
The room was surprisingly quiet given a 2nd floor location directly over the pool deck -- and so close to the airport.

Nice friendly staff, generous sized apartment with nice bedrooms and en-suites. We stayed a week before Christmas and the staff put on a beautiful carol service in the lobby. It is a lovely hotel, pure luxury in Emirates style. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. I had a good view of the city. The rooftop pool was heated and a nice way to get some exercise. Since taxis are relatively cheap in Abu Dhabi, I used them to get around. But the bus station is literally right across the street so you could easily use buses to get around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Millennium and would stay again!

Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb.
Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque.
Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned.

We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.

My husband and i went to St. Regis for his bday and we took our little daughter with us. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. There was not a single flaw in the service. The butler service was great. the beach was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. And ofcourse the food was really good. We would definitely go back there. -

room, our family stay was pleasant. Our 2 kids (7 yrs & 3 yrs old)

I was not there for long as we only stayed one night but the room wasfantastic and so comfortable. THE staff were really nice and the glassof apple juice was just what we needed - It was Ramadan during my stay nevertheless quality of service was excellent .

Amazing, genuinely sincere service from every single member of staff we encountered, including Shayan on reception who went out of his way to find us poolside when our room was ready (although we had arrived ridiculously early, his attitude was unfailingly obliging), and concierge Karim who happily indulged our daughter's attempts to speak to him

The fact that it feels like a smaller boutique hotel than it evidently is - makes your stay feel -
*Check in/out is peace of mind.
*We v got the Mangrove view, it was so nice in the morning.
*Room is clean & spacious bathroom & Bed is so comfortable.
*Most Relaxing Pool music, You will fall asleep in their big pool chairs.
*Breakfast in the room was something.
*Staff is very friendly & attentive.
*Pool area is slightly small but cozy & relaxing.
*Hotel falls between Abu Dhabi city center & Yas Island.
Strongly recommended for weekend relaxation.
